Incorrect, that is in fact a Dark Souls 3 HUD, and I can't be sure, but it looks like the graveyard in the Cathedral of the Deep area. Or maybe the part of the Road of Sacrifices leading to that area.
I think maybe it's in the undead settlement by Loretta's bone/estus shard, because you can see a crappy wooden bridge in the background and her Estus flask is still +0 so she either hasn't got and/or used the settlements undead bone shard or she hasn't got to it yet
I can't choose which way to go with this: the normal half or me wants to say I've never even played Dark Souls and that that girl must be for-real crazy. The internet-tainted half of me wants to keep this going with something like, "the most horrendously horrific pain, welcome to my daily life HAHAHA." So just, like, flip a coin and if it's heads go with the first one :D
