Change.org hosts a petition to make PETA formally apologise on all social platforms or face a defamation of character lawsuit.

I hate PETA. I despise them... but they're not totally wrong in this case... He did die cus he bothered a wild stingray..He did dangle his baby in front of a crocodile... We have to admit these things instead of trying to make a big deal out of it. He did all these totally iresponsible things as well as all the amazing things he did. The way PETA put this was terrible but not unexpected of these irritating buttfucks.

Do they just think that any need exposure is good news exposure? They rake in $30M a year, so I doubt they care what anyone of us think.
