Damn well said. Personally, I see things a little differently. I believe in the concept of "full-responsibility" meaning, I take full responsibility for everything, especially my situation in life. If I am where I am, and I don't like where I am, it's because of something I did, or didn't do. It's my fault. Therefore, while I do occasionally want to die, I don't feel like that's a viable route. I have to fix this. I use that self-loathing and the feeling of constant suffering as drive. Either I suffer forever, or find my way out of this situation by succeeding in life.
