putting your turn signal on doesn't give you right of way, you need to make sure the lane is clear, this guy saw the first car pass at high speed and didn't even check if others were coming, that's reckless driving, their fault, not the silver cars
Technically it's the red cars fault. Left lane doesn't have to let the right lane in unless there's a merge. Sure they can't just ram into people, but the red car obviously didn't check his mirrors or saw how fast the silver car was going. If you are in the right lane it's your responsibility to not recklessly enter the left speed lane, as the red car did.
I see three people who need cars taken away, licenses revoked and forced to walk everywhere while dragging 60 pounds of lead attached to whatever amounts to their genitalia. Idiots!
My initial thought was that the black truck and silver car were going VASTLY over the speed limit, but if the red car was only going slow because of the truck in front of them then this is their fault. You put your signal on and then wait until the lane you're trying to get into is clear. At first I thought they couldn't have seen the silver car because of the black truck, but again, the truck and the silver car were going the same speed, thus the red car was not clear to enter the lane. You have to adjust to the speed of the lane you want to be in, not the other way around. The truck and silver car had no obligation to slow down (unless they were speeding.)
