While I personally have a problem with abortion in the last trimester, this one is just ridiculous. Basically its after 6 WEEKS, which a lot of women don't even know they are pregnant at that point. But Alabama's is potentially worse, if it goes through it will ban ALL abortion, including prosecuting women who go out of state to get one.
I haven't seen the specifics, but I wouldn't doubt there is some kind of stipulation for that, but the problem would be proving it was the result of rape. No doubt they would make it hellacious
