Does anyone really watch it anymore?

While I personally have a problem with abortion in the last trimester, this one is just ridiculous. Basically its after 6 WEEKS, which a lot of women don't even know they are pregnant at that point. But Alabama's is potentially worse, if it goes through it will ban ALL abortion, including prosecuting women who go out of state to get one.

Wow. Even after rape?

I haven't seen the specifics, but I wouldn't doubt there is some kind of stipulation for that, but the problem would be proving it was the result of rape. No doubt they would make it hellacious

The point is to not kill babies, not to legislate a cut-off point that's convenient for people.

So apparently they don't care if its a case of rape or incest, it's still punishable by up to 99 years in jail, and they intend to prosecute anyone who goes out of state to have an abortion which is not legal, federally.
