This was a part of a lot of people‘s childhoods, but during my childhood, I thought there was a liquid in marbles and I was so determined to break one to see how this liquid smelled. I also thought marbles gave a person superpowers when broken. So I bounced marbles hard on the ground and none ever broke. I did this every day till my dad changed the house decor that had the marbles in it.

Good ol' times, instead of making a circle with chalk we used to excavate and make a little hole and put marbles or coins in it (depending on which thing we wanted to win)
We also carved the ground since we mostly played in dirt.

There should be a damn marble competition (street style) it was so much fun back then when I was a kid, nothing but clean and harmless fun wih your friends, fuck, we even used to play marbles in our school's backyard when the teachers were eating in their lounge lol
