A follow up article on recent Antifa activity, here's a link to the source: https://bigleaguepolitics.com/new-antifa-threatens-free-speech-rally-with-acid-attack-promises-to-blind-attendees/
A quick summary: These threats were made over a Telegram channel, and the Antifa member referenced Muriatic acid, and directly threatened to blind people attending the event.

Excerpt from an article regarding the information about the person sending these threats, as uncovered by cross-referencing the activity of his account:
"The artwork and phrase were created by Fagan Kuhnmuench, a Rolling Stone and Playboy journalist who repeatedly writes articles and social media posts sympathetic of Antifa."
Alright, then how about an online threat that is aimed at a direct group of people coming from a domestic terrorist group that is widely known for causing street fights, putting people in hospitals, and that just recently conducted another chemical attack?
I love how antifa is being portrait as a "terrorist group" but alt-rigth and white nationalist (who have been shooting up churches and schools for years) are lone wolfs ...
That's the definition.
Antifa has a "uniform", mission statement, and an organizational structure.
Alt-Right and White National terrorists are unaffiliated and often times if you got two of them in a room they'd want to kill eachother.
We call them what they are.
Organisational structure? So Antifa has a chairman in the US? A treasurer?
Put two Antifas in a room, they'll not find a consense in most of the topics, except that fascism is shit.
As long as people really think that right wing shooters are lone wolfs, the problem will persist. We had the same issue in Germany aka the homeland of fascism, and it took more than twenty years for politicians to recognise that there indeed is a very large network with access to war-grade firearms, spreading into federal Police, Military and so on.
You think it's terrorism to punch a fascist or Nazi in the throat? What about the daily racism, fascism and violence people of color, queers and their supporters are confronted with every day?
Give me a list of reputable sources, and if they report on this, I will look through and see how good their coverage is. If they don't report on it, tough luck, that's a strike against them.
.
I would be more skeptical if we didnt have an example of a chemical attack by Antifa that just happened.
News outlets that acknowledge Russia interfered and Trump team met with them 100 times are reputable. News outlets that suggest HRC murdered Seth Rich or that Obama was born in Kenya are not.
That is not a list, and those criteria are already biased. Russian interference has not been proven, and I have no idea on what those last two things you mentioned are.
Do we really need BS from Breitbart wannabees posted here? If people really want to read a bunch of wingnut idiocy, they could just go there: "Big League Politics." Enjoy.
Yes, that's the term for this loose association of anarcho-communists (Their ideologies vary, but most of them are some strain of communist or anarchist). The movement itself dates back to the 1930s Weimar Republic in Germany, where they were the communist thugs fighting the fascist thugs.
I am posting this for people who are interested in what's going on in the world, and are willing to engage in serious discussion on funsub. I understand that this is not for everyone, or regular content.
Which is why I tag it as NSFW and add a summary in the comments, so people can either ignore it, or get an idea from the image and the summary without having to do a ton of research themselves.

Feel free to ignore these if you don't care.
You know there’s a whole lot going on in the world all the time... usually when people post stuff like this it’s to push their agenda and ideals on to others, or just to get a rise out of people... it happens on either side, and the fact that there are such extremes to each ‘side’ is more of an issue than some douche writer and some other douches who attacked him
If pushing an agenda of free speech and against extremism is wrong from your point of view, I don't know what to tell you. If the least I can do is to simply inform people when attacks on democracy and freedom happen, I will still do so.
Antifa is a menace. They are flying a supposedly liberal flag while carrying out acts of terrorism and hate and censorship. They are a serious threat and they feed a far right stereotype about liberals and distract from actually debating idiocy. The “fee speech rally” is being put on by the leader of the proud boys and others who are in the far right and are using the guise of free speech as an excuse for hate speech- much the same way many neo Nazi or white supremacist organizations have rebranded as “identitarian” movements or other branding to distance themselves from bad press and allow them to make the case for being persecuted minorities fighting a battle of patriotism and freedom against a totalitarian establishment of persecution.
That is to say- this event is not simply a “free speech” rally as much as it is an agenda of far right groups and personalities which they have branded as a free speech rally. The headline is much more emotional isn’t it? “Antifa threatens free speech group!” Than “Anti fascists threaten fascist rally..” but- in the end there IS free speech, and as written, so long as they are not instigating violence or rebellion, or preventing others from their freedoms and are legally and peaceably assembled- these people do have the right to free speech and Antifa using fear and violence to take that away is not only fundamentally wrong ideologically- but it transforms their message from one which could actually serve to counter the far right and makes them just a bunch of crazies- in this case even crazier than.
And thusly it plays right into the hands of these groups that rebrand them selves on identity based nomenclature or under the guise of patriotism. It feeds their narrative that they are victims of a left gone crazy that won’t stop until it eradicates their way of thinking through any means necessary. That they are the “good guys” just trying to enjoy their rights while the “evil left” tries to bully and destroy them.
It’s all a bunch of agendas here and the point isn’t that Antifa isn’t bad- it’s that it took far more searching than the average reader would do to find anything of substance about this rally, who is putting it on, what it is about etc. That the agenda is hidden is very telling. It’s a classic maneuver between brothers- troll the other one- do “nothing wrong” by the rules but that you know pisses them off- and when they snap you tattle and they are the “bad” one that gets in trouble.
In that vein guys like Milo Y or whoever else carry themselves in a way and make it a point to goad and belittle people, to be seen and heard but simply “speaking” as they are allowed- and then when someone gets frustrated and makes an emotional outburst, they are free to pick them apart and point out the types of people their opponents are. Illogical, Ill tempered sorts who’s views can’t stand debate and then they collapse. A wonderful show for any and all who paid their .25 to attend the carnival.
It’s all so very masterful. So Antifa is bad. But every article I’ve seen as well as every person I’ve heard discuss this wants to paint a very clear picture of good versus evil- and go out of their way to avoid identifying the true faces of those involved- when in fact what we have is violent ass holes vs. less violent ass holes. Instigators vs reactionists. Puppet masters vs puppets. If I didn’t have to live in a world where these things had any bearing on life I’d find it all quite darkly entertaining.
Hate speech does not exist.
And if you consider them to be "far-right" and whatever else, seems weird that they would give a shit about free speech. If I had a chance to attend a free speech rally, I would go regardless of who organizes it, because the principle of it matters.
Show me one goddamn example where the Proud Boys were the ones instigating the violence and not Antifa.
