I know it’s been a while since I built a PC but shouldn’t there be a motherboard and a hard drive? That’s just a graphics card and a power supply.

Motherboard is obscured by the aftermarket CPU cooler. Power supply is actually partially concealed at the bottom left by a metal panel for the aesthetic. The hard drive is most likely an m.2 drive that is placed on the motherboard and is probably obscured by the GPU.
