The guy that came up with Animal Crossing said he wanted a game that people would play four about a half hour every day. Instead he created one of the biggest addictions in gaming. And we are all thankful.

Yeah we had this same conversation on another post haha..I played back to nature haha didn’t even get anything new after that..as for stardew valley, I watched James veitch play it and got hooked. Love it so much!

Alright, here's a minecraft story for everyone. Back when it came out on Xbox 360 I was still with my ex. She took her mom (she's blind) on a two-week vacation, so I stayed home for two weeks to watch the dogs since it would have been inconvenient for all of us to go. I was off-work so I had two weeks entirely to myself and the dogs. I also had trouble sleeping at the time. Minecraft came out the day they left, I played the demo all of three minutes and backed out and bought it. Aside from walking and feeding the dogs and answering the door for food, I didn't stop playing for three-and-a-half days. For at least 84 hours STRAIGHT I played fucking Minecraft and cuddled with the dogs. For those two weeks I had played that game more than anyone else on Xbox Live.
