How can you tell it's a bot?

When you go to their profile and the is nothing but around 300-400 post and only like 10 comments with a span of a year or so. They are made to look real but we manage to narrow things down

Okay, but how do they get comments, that requires some ability to think, doesn't it?
Do they pay people to comment on the bot accounts?

The comments are very rarely any newer than a year old

it depends, if a guy tells a girl he's a virgin it has bad social connotations. If a girl tells a guy she's a virgin itll likely excite him.
