Whatever I give a man is equitable or greater in perceived value but lesser in monetary value than what he gave me. But I’m a capitalist so to each their own.
Indeed. I imagine it was just a toxic relationship all around, but he apparently has video and witness testimony of the various acts of abuse she committed against him (among them he apparently claims she put a cigarette out on his face).

He's suing her for defamation, but that doesn't change the damage she did. Trial by Twitter is a disgusting farce and it's unlikely a real court can ever circumvent the consequences caused by the wretched people who use it
It’s a tricky thing- stepping into a relationship from the outside. There’s so much we miss and so we an only judge on what we see but never actually know the whole truth of what went on. It makes cases of abuse particularly difficult because while we must on the one hand try to protect victims of abuse, and most people don’t want to “condone” it by supporting perpetrators- cases often come down to “he said she said” and matters of opinion or trust in witness accounts.
