That’s not how neonatal care works

The other people who said he was wasting time should be fired and fined/jailed for attempted murder.

One of my colleagues started to bleed 3hours into our shift... went to the hospital, turns out she went into labour. .. the baby was born 3 months prematurely, but found out the baby was healthy and alive :-)
