Alright but if you talk about it openly people call you out for glorifying it, or faking it for clout. So the options often feel like: 1) Talk about it and get told off for it, feel terrible about yourself. 2) Don't talk about it ever, feel terrible about yourself.
Then you are surrounded by shitty people and that's part of the problem. In most cases, poisonous people put you down so they can try and feel better about their own insecurities. Those are exactly the sort of people you need to cut out of your life. If you need to talk, there are people who care. I cafe. Dont like assholes stop you from getting or staying healthy mentally and emotionally.
I've just started antidepressants and i feel like shit. Apparently I should start feeling less shit after a few days, and in 2-4 weeks they should start working as intended.
Bleh.
I feel so tired. I've not long slept 17hrs. I'm so fucking drowsy again.
I'll apparently be asleep for the majority of the next few days.
I've already flipped somone off and told them to leave me alone.
Kinda wish I hadn't started them, but here's hoping it'll be better in the long run.
*hugs @zont*
one thing to keep in mind,
if the meds you are on for that dont work thats ok. There are a very large amount of them and it takes trial and error to find the one that works best for you.
one of the ones they put me on in highschool made me really easy to anger. Another made me really hungry but fake hungry.
you just gotta keep pushing on until you find the right one and its not unlikely that you already have. Just dont get discourage if it isnt.
It takes a while to get past that but try to pay attention to your patterns and try to remember that it’s not your fault. It takes a bit of work but you’re strong.

Meds are wild. It makes sense that after possibly years of a condition, that it would take time to fix itself.
