2 issues:
1. Men apparently can't be involved in women's empowerment?
2. Pakistan had a woman PM 30 years ago. Of all majority Muslim nations, Pakistan probably has the most women's empowerment (In the western world view).
Of course men can, the problem isn't that there are men, it's that there are no woman

Let's assume a company has 100% male employees from top to bottom.
Only a male CEO or manager or board can make the decision to hire women.
Is this oppression, or does it create problems? Contrary to popular social justice, it actually works toward the solution on two fronts. Men in power decide to use their privilege to help others who don't benefit from the same, and women get to work at the company.
If Pakistan is ruled by men, the only ones who can lead a women's empowerment conference there are men. Once the women are empowered, they'll be fully capable of leading their own conference.
"once the women are empowered, they'll be fully capable of leading their own conference." what's the point then, the whole reason it matters now for women to lead themselves is bc of human justice, not wanting to wait until considerate men in positions of power allow them to have more civil rights
It might get non-believers of women’s empowerment to respect the issue more, it will seem unbiased to them. But that is the only justification I can think of for this.
I don't know specifically what's going on here, but to be fair, in a country where women aren't allowed to do these things, it would actually be up to men to have these conferences.

Take your upvotes, for I will apparently have none, though I believe the same thing.
