I've seen videos if it moving, it takes like, half a second to update and find the right balancing position. Not terrible, but not exactly reaction-time.

Ah, so the delay and then adjustment right after that would probably throw people off, still intriguing though. Is this a one-model kind of thing or are they on a public market somewhere?
