See, one of the problems I have with climate change is not so much the notion of climate change itself (although the data on that isn't actually as clear as you might have been led to believe)
It's that if you don't agree with the political and economic ideas of the climate change activists (i.e. THEIR way of fixing the problem) then you're a "climate change denier" and "anti-science" and "evil" and some much nastier words
Actually I don't think those groups have a homogenous view. What I'm saying is that, in my opinion, around ten years ago or so those groups got louder about denying climate change. I don't remember them bringing it up much before then on the political scene. Sure, conservatives refused the evidence, christian groups believed it was god's doing and nationalists blamed it all on foreigners but as I remember politics this changed about ten years ago.
