Pretending and letting you focus on your joy so you don't notice the smiles are fake. Or they're quite possibly genuinely happy to still see the magic in the eyes of little kids.

Well part of it is if I'm buying chocolate for my kids I might as well buy some for myself. But mostly their utter elation is infectious. :)
