I don’t have a kitchen yet, but I’ve been trying to think ahead for when I do and I think I might have a solution. Buy a cook book (of recipes you can make and would probs enjoy) and drag that thing to the store with you and pair up maybe 7 meals that have similar ingredients

I make a meal plan for the week, convert to shopping list then go to the store. I have a list of my everyday recipes so just flip through that when I need inspiration. I always have a massive list of recipes I want to try, so I select 1 or 2 per week depending on how much time I have.
