His name is David Salmon and he was surprisingly okay after this. He crashed down a rocky cliff and broke an arm and several ribs but that was about it.

Glad to hear. And thank you for reporting- because I saw this and was like.. yeah. He’s screwed. Still sucks but t could have been much worse.

Gonna have to assume he was over the weight limit for the slide. There's a reason they exist.
