Trickle down economy or Pinata economy?

I'm a hustler and a man. If otherwise good and innocent rich folk are being assaulted, battered, and robbed for the crime of being successful, I will aid them wherever possible out of basic decency, and offer them the opportunity to make providing training or ongoing security worth my while.

That's why violence is justified against the successful

The defensive strategy in this case is obvious. You point out to the stick wielders that they are supposed to be blindfolded and once they are you just pull on the rope and lift the rich people out of their reach.
