i cant really tell from the picture (its weird and the weirdness of the image mixes with my poor depth preception to make it odd)
this looks to be 2d like the colorfulness on the wheel which leads me to believe its a wheel wrap rather than glued rocks.
I can’t tell either but I’m leading toward glued on. They are too form fitting to be connected to each other. Either way this isn’t a claymore. The steering wheel doesn’t explode when the airbag goes off, otherwise the BMW emblem itself would make it a claymore. That part of the wheel mostly likely swings up on a hinge at the top and the airbag deploys from behind it. They bedazzling would end up propelled outward through the windshield..
.
Which is guess could be a Claymore, just for the other person.
when i say a wheel wrap i mean like, a 2d image of colorful stones basically stickered onto the steering wheel like with a design wrap on the outside of the car, that would explain why its so form fitting, cause in that case it would just be a flat milimeter thick sticker perfectly matching the shape of the wheel.

"No. We'll let natural selection do all the talking."
