Tylenol is terrible for your liver and ibuprofen/Advil is terrible for your kidneys

And then question why I always get headaches and have to take ibuprofen. The never ending cycle

Only 800mg when I get my bad headaches/migraines I take up to 2000mg which is four 500mg Tylenol/ibuprofen.
