Apparently the bottom says:
"Kanohi Hau
-Magnetically attaches to the wearer
-Able to generate a force field to protect from physical threats
-Cannot protect from ambushes or unknown threats
-May render the user vulnerable to Maori lawsuits or Lego shareholders cancelling the franchise twice"
Well I saw vulture_ mention bionicle, so I looked up bionicle symbols and found out there's an alphabet. I attempted to translate the alphabet but after coming up with "kanohi" I assumed I was retarded.
.
So then I just googled the meme and found someone else had translated it lol
true it could be anything. you can't assume immediately assume it's a substitution of anything. but then again with any code cracking you need context and something to reference to.
so how would this code be cracked assuming we knew nothing about it except this text and the image provided?

you could brute force it if you knew it was a cipher to english
the symbols are modeled after the latin letters. the s looks like a fat s in a circle.
