Whatever it needs to be on that particular day. Whether it's just pulling through one more second without giving completely into despair, or going out and completely revolutionizing some tiny part of your life. You're worth all of it. Don't let your brain convince you otherwise. Brains are stupid when it comes to things that hurt us - physical an emotional.
