I see two eyes and a funky lopsided jaw, with the castle itself like a weird hat

I think I'm seeing the same but if you see the eye on the left side as the nostrils, the jaw isn't lopsided

It's not necessarily lopsided per say, but jaws arent supposed to bend like that either

Each one is a different story yes... they all technically take place in the same universe but aside from the persona Q series (which I dont think are really cannon), they are all seperate stories

I recommend persona 4 golden bc it just got ported to PC for 23 bucks, and it's an outstanding title
