Yeah, I feel like 6 hours isn't THAT impressive. A lot of people do it just cause they have to. Maybe if it was 4-5 hours?

I am usually on 5 during the week. 4 is pushing it, 6 is ok... and 5 is doable. But not really fun.

I I can get those 6 hours after sunrise, I’m peachy. If I have to sleep at night (which I do) I need more like 9 hours. Delayed sleep phase. For me, sleeping at night is like trying to sleep during the day is for most people.

I sleep like 5 hours a night. Don't feel very "fully functioning" though.

Madonna, Jay Leno, and Trump all sleep 4 hours a night.

Well, they're all old. Old people tend to sleep less.

Been this way their whole lives.

Sure, if we rely on self-reported data from untrustworthy people.

What about when you don't set an alarm and sleep until 2pm the next day?

I know someone who has this! He says he only sleeps 4 hours a night since he was a kid, he didn’t know that was odd!
