Remember that moment in the 8 book/movie where they just sent the entire slytherin house to the dungeon because 2 of them said "turn Harry Potter over to voldemort" ?
How could I forget? Then again, the Slytherin quaters are in the dungeon. Though now that I think about it, that's pretty messed up too. Imagine if the living space allotted to you by your school looked like prison.
That's even worse. O.o Literal homicidal wizards that torture people to death outside the building. And Hogwarts staff are just like: "Well, I KNOW you're 11, and just a first year, and probably don't even really know who Harry Potter ACTUALLY is, but one of the other kids we don't like is in your house, so we're sending you to the mercy of a guy that split his soul into several pieces, and has a history of trying to murder our students."
