It’s the butt hole/butt crack- referred to as such for the “braaap” sound sometimes attributed to flatulence. Thusly- they are loosely saying that they believe that air from the vagina and butt, can be trapped by pants which form an airtight seal around the groin and are of a non permeable fabric, and manifest as visible air pockets in the fabric around these areas- and I believe (?) they are saying that such release of air are somehow the result of female arousal(?) that’s what I started from it anyway.
