Guys, it is not like this is uncommon. Tropical waves coming off of Africa happens around this time every year.

I live in Louisiana, this is not okay
Literally all season we've been in fear of another big one and I'm not ready for Katrina 2.
Especially since were not allowed to cross state lines again.

NO's infrastructure ain't ready for Katrina 2. Literally 90% of the south ain't ready
