He’s petty, immature, and retaliating for failure to reciprocate romantic advances... even if it happened before you were in a potential employee situation... is slimy and unprofessional. The only silver lining is that you probably do t want to work with someone like that.

Yeah, I'd be sending this stuff to someone at the company as well. This is unacceptable, and he could legit get fired for doing this.

Agreed. The legality can be a little shaken since TECHNICALLY it isn’t a “quid pro quo” relationship or retaliation for anything that happened while they had a professional relationship- but I’d say that it’s clearly wrong and certainly unprofessional. At the very least, it implies he potentially turned away an asset to the company because of personal grudges. So even if one doesn’t care about the blatant abuse of power, pettiness, or sexual retaliation- it should be fireable or met with EXTREME disciplinary and corrective steps.
