"Before your Eyes"

So I can experience last minute regret before i fade out of existence that sounds exhausting

I would like to know how I could of ended up I mean what if it turns out you made the wrong choice but you prefer how you ended up to how you could have.
Like when I was dating my husband when we first met online I had a choice I could go back home to my parents and care for my grandmother or stay with my brother in az and go meet my than bf now husband.
I would of liked to know what would of happen if I went to my parents and took care of my grandmother. Would she lived longer? Would I still married my husband or married someone else or still be single?

That's a valid way of looking at it.
