True. But- the problem in regards to freedom, is hung upon who gets to make the determination about who is educated and civilized. If I were responsible for handing out the right to own guns and the right to drive- traffic fatalities and shooting deaths would drop to almost nothing overnight. But.... there are also only maybe 20 or so people on earth I would trust with either. Not a fair system- but a safe system. But then- all the gun laws in the world do no good when the people committing gun crimes are already breaking the law no?
