The Norwegian word is the actual term for girlfriend - the other two are just pet names as far as I'm aware (not the official term for boyfriend and girlfriend in their respective languages =))

In Australia we refer to everyone as ‘Cunt’ and it’s up to them to figure out if we mean it as an insult or term of endearment.
