I mean, no it isn't. If enough support for overturning it ever swelled, the 13th could definitely be overturned. That will never happen, but it is theoretically possible.

Yes, that's the whole point of democracy; that we may change our laws. Hopefully for the better but yeah it could go either way.

It's not... just good luck getting the support to have it repealed.
