I kiiiiiind of feel like it's inappropriate to compare unvaccinated people that can't go to a football game to millions of people that died in concentration camps. Just my opinion. This is speaking as someone who had ancestors that spent time in those camps, being the reason my last name isn't too common.
It didn't start with cattle cars. It started with segregation and the acceptance of laws such as "Certain people shouldn't be able to go to certain places or do certain things".
"Certain people are unclean".
"Certain people are selfishly hurting our pure society by existing".
"Certain people don't need the rights and protections enjoyed by proper citizens".
"Certain people are subversive to the common good".
"Certain people should just be moved someplace where they can't hurt anyone, for everyone's good".
The moment you make it acceptable to hate a person/thing for a thing - whatever the thing may be - humans will inevitably interpret that as a free-for-all and violence will follow.
.
Look at the iguanas in Florida. They're an invasive species - they have to be controlled. So they made it acceptable to kill them by almost any means necessary. And people do just that... And more. They torture them to death. Swing them around and beat them off concrete. Tie their legs together and bind them until their limbs atrophy.
.
Look at pedophiles. Yes, there are many criminals in prison, but pedophiles are judged the worst. No one *really* cares what happens to them. So it often does
.
Look at Lbtq. For a long time they were the "evil" and the wrong. So it was okay to hate them. It was okay to spit on them and refuse them. And maybe it wasn't *technically* okay to beat them in the alleys, but come on - they're evil remember?
Look at the "punch a Nazi" shtick. Someone said something someone disagreed with. So you label them a Nazi. Nazi's are bad. It's okay to hate them. And since they're bad and it's okay to hate them, It's also okay to punch them - regardless of what they did. Because they're a Nazi, remember?
.
Look at the native women that went missing - but, I mean, come on. They're natives. Who really cares, right? It's population control if anything
.
The girls that get raped, but they shouldn't be wearing that short a skirt.
.
The point isn't that a vaccination is the equivalent to a concentration camp. The point is that making it acceptable to segregate and humiliate and attack a group is an extremely slippery slope that we've seen play out repeatedly throughout history -- and in very very very few cases does it ever result in the fabled happy ending we've heard so much about
Just get the damn shot.
It's not based on sex, race, religion or political stance.
The vaccine's are nothing personal against anyone .. it's there for everyone.
Comparing vaccine cards leading to genocides? You guys are smarter than that
And will you personally guarantee that there will be no ill effects in the long term? Or that my congenital heart condition won't react badly and kill me? No I don't want to be compensated if compliance hurts me. I just know that I'm better off taking my chances with a 99+% survival rate than an experimental concoction that doesn't even work and has no long term testing.
In case y'all haven't been paying attention, Fauci has been caught lying and is caught in a lie currently. The vaccines may only be 30% percent effective, and Covid itself posed little critical threat to most demographics (largely killing people who were already on the way out), and the new variants are only getting less severe. As covid viruses tend to, as they've been around for a very long time.
Okay. I'll do it alongside my cousin who was crippled by the vaccine, along the dozens of people I know who didn't even realize they were sick until after the fact.
Ironically apparently marginalized groups - who we've been told repeatedly are at higher risk and should have priority (based on race) - are the ones least interested in getting the vaccine
Wouldn't it be easier to ask vaccinated people to wear an arm band? Or have the filthy untermensch sew a particular symbol on their clothes? Just so you can tell at a glance who is a proper German?
