...Doesn't the liver, like, process EVERYTHING that goes through your body?

Yeah, I'm looking for new primary care provider. Old one insisted that I don't have 3 kidneys, lungs don't have 4 and 5 lobes respectively, my metabolism cannot possibly be 3200 calories per day, and (at 274 pounds) I need to lose 115 pounds to be healthy weight despite their own test saying I'm NEGATIVE 11% body fat. Hmmm, it's almost as if I'm not a 50th percentile "average person".

Hold on… none of what you said makes sense. You only have 2 kidneys unless you had kidney failure and have 2 functioning kidneys. The lungs have 2 and 3 lobes, your left being smaller and missing a lobe to accommodate the heart, and it is impossible to have negative body fat. Wtf is going on

First time meeting a weirdo on the internet?? I was born with 3, fully plumbed kidneys. College Bronchitis issues required high contrast x-rays which showed extra lobes of lungs. I have dark, straight hair like father, but patches of blonde, curly hair like my mother. My muscle and bone density is about 40% higher than you "normal" people, so it throws off the electroresisive test for body fat which is based on "average physique". Look up hyper-zygomatic chimerism, I've been told it's a possibility since twins happen in my family.
