Okay but have you SEEN the clock ? It's in a briefcase and looks like those bombs you see in cartoons, minus the red dynamite. Why would he have it at the airport ? I haven't seen that part of the story.
IT DID NOT LOOK LIKE ANYTHING EXPLOSIVE WAS ATTACHED TO IT?! Dude it looks like wires and a circuit with metal, not a bomb! He showed it in a previous class BEFORE he went to his english class where his teacher automatically assumed it was a bomb. It was just blatant racism, and the kid is suspended even though it wasn't a bomb and the parents got sent letters saying that he possibly beought a bomb(WHICH IS NOT THE CASE), on top of that he was called racial slurs in the principals office and called passive aggressive for answering "It's just a clock" to the question "Did you build a bomb" , which by the way was asked more than once because they legit thought that a briefcase wuth NO explosives attatched to it was a bomb (EVEN THE 5, FUCKING 5 POLICE OFFICERS DIDN'T BELIEVE THE KID)
I'm not saying it's a good thing that he's in that much trouble because of a clock

But I saw the picture of the clock on a completely different site, my point still stands about it looking like a bomb you would see in the media.
It's a high school. I'm sure the teachers don't let each other know a kid has something that looks like a bomb but actually isn't. And in any case, the engineering teacher pretty much said "cool, don't show it to the other teachers", but apparently the clock started beeping or something and the english teacher wanted to know what it was.
