Well considering the fact that the shooter in Colorado Springs hasn't released a statement of any sort, I'd say that's quite an assumption on your part.
The statement we wait for the brown people to make is when a terrorist group takes responsibility for the attack. We generally don't define it as terrorism until we know that.
If it's not done in the name of a political ideology, it's not terrorism.
they really don't though, every time a muslim person goes bananas its immediately blamed on religiously motivated terrorism and ISIS or whichever group was the main problem that month, like that guy who went cutting peoples heads off in a theater or something.
I can't remember a single time where the word "terrorism" was used and it wasn't linked to a terrorist group or ideology. Even "religious extremism" isn't used unless they're shouting "allahu akbar" or something.
Nope, both are terrorists. They both meet the Department of Justice and FBI standards for identification as such.
It's the media failing to call them out accordingly.
True, wolfpack, It seems to mainly be used as a front for loons nowadays, but I can't help but wonder what the world would be like without it

Without religion they'd find something else to try to justify their terrorism. But if you really wanna find out what the world or at least a certain section of it would be like without religion keep your eye on Australia. Apparently teaching religion to children has been banned there.
You sure about that? The last I heard, religion was part of the public school curriculum... and not from a theological position either.

My friend told me so I'm not sure.
Supposedly the prime minister tweeted
"our great nation will no longer tolerate the teaching of dangerously outdated ideas to our children #SayNoToReligion"
It was on this one article but I doubt any of it is real since I can't find anything else on it.
The planned parent hood shooter was against the loss of lives in abortion but does nobody see that more lives were lost in the shooting? Nobodys life was saved
Planned parenthood has helped me in so many ways as a person who was low income and needed help not with abortion but other things as Pap smears and other medical issues they have helped me no Mather what they give you medicine for free and birth control for free so you don't have to get abortions
I wish more people realized this! I was talking to one of my sister's young friends whose family is very conservative and she said that's the only place she and other girls like her can go and learn the truth about safe sex, abstinence etc. because her parents will just make her feel judged or dirty or lock her in the house for fear she might go whore it up (lol) when PP treats her like a mature person who has the right to be informed and protect herself. Ppl don't get for every abortion PP may do they have prevented 10 underage pregnancies/ STDs
My friend (not the one I mention in the other comments) works for P.P. as a peer educator. She is a leader in a group of teens that teach other teens that seriously want to know about sex. It's really cool of her and she loves it
Point of order:
ISIL is very religious. Everything they do is technically Islamic. Extreme? Yeah. But still technically Islamic. And it's an old and well thought-out bit of philosophy too.

I hate those goatfuckers as much as the next guy but I have an immense amount of grudging respect for them if they're as religious as my research indicates.
even if you wanna call abortion murder, pp is mostly other services, literally helping people plan. their. parenthoods. i wonder how many injured victims were women seeking prenatal care who wanted their babies who are now at risk for loosing them due to their injuries.
Personally I am very pro choice in that no one has the right to tell people how to live or how to take care of their bodies unless it is harmful to the person of concern. I also hate that people focus on that one aspect of P.P. instead of all the good that they do for women that keep their children, especially those going through difficult pregnancies or tough situations.
I am very against abortion, but im not saying this guy isnt a terrorist. I think maybe he was misinformed on all the things that pp does. However, i still think we need to #defundpp

Abortion is not murder. There a lot more reasons women choose to not carry a pregnancy to term besides not wanting to be a mother, especially medical. PP does so much more than provide women with reproductive options, including giving men prostate exams, and should not be defunded at all.
Stop forcing me to donate to PP via my taxes. PP received no funding until the Nixon administration. PP isn't the only "family planning" institution, I have no problem with others, my problem is specifically with PP.
Let me tell you a story... My friend was pro-life. She had an abusive boyfriend and got pregnant, but she really wanted to keep the baby because she adores children. An accident happened when she was going to tell her boyfriend that she was pregnant and she fell down the stairs. She lost her baby. After that she became highly pro-choice. Now she also has no choice. Recently she discovered that she has ovarian cancer and she can likely no longer have kids. I know her and she will still be pro choice. She's glad the baby was lost because it didn't have to be brought into a world where it had an abusive father and a teenage mother, even if its mother would have been absolutely amazing. Experience trumps the speculating masses.
Im sorry? That sucks but that all could've been avoided if she just would've left that relationship. I don't know why some women do that when they can just say "screw you I can call the cops if you try to hurt me"
Oh hon... You don't get psychology at all. She was absolutely in love, despite his abusiveness. She would still be with him today if it weren't for that baby. It was too much for HIM to handle, her depression, and he broke it off. But you don't just leave the person you dearly love. And you fear that they may come back for you and hurt you even more for turning them in. Many may even have stokholm syndrome because the abusers are captors.
If it's not done in the name of a political ideology, it's not terrorism.
