They would do so much damages(when flying low, they would demolish buildings etc.) so people would put them in a gigantic cages or they would kill them.

You're sitting in your office chair at work when you hear a mysterious, loud, thump noise that seems to be coming from all around you. It's so loud it rattles the entire office. Then you hear it again. You walk to the window, look up to the sky... And see two whales doing it right above your office
