how she even get IN the car..? i don't understand how someone can get like this.. i mean.. if i get bigger and bigger.. at some point i gonna think "whoa, i need to change something about that"..not just do nothing about it.. come on..

I saw this woman's weight lose journey, She did amazing. She lost over 300 pounds, so she actually changed her life drastically. It was really amazing.

I've always wondered about the psychology. When I eat too much I feel it in my body and I either cut down on my portions or eat healthier stuff

Its not even that. I can get gaining weight, but to let yourself gain that much weight is hard to understand.

It's fairly easy to understand if you understand that eating feels good and the change is very gradual. I think it's just lack of discipline, for the most part.
