I worked for those bastards for 7 years & saw alot of bad things happen to good people but this one takes the cake, on the other hand it really doesn't surprise me one bit.
He was offered his job back after the media got the story. He, rightfully, declined the offer. The letter shown is from the OR department of Labor stating that he <is> eligible for unemployment benefits.
Did you read the letter? It's from the Oregon unemployment office. They are reporting to him what Depot reported to them as the cause for his termination.
