As someone with boobs (left) she wears an actual bra to cover and support her breasts, while the one on the right doesn’t need a bra due to sizing of the breast tissue. So instead of showing off hard nipples when cold or mildly stimulated by a shirt rubbing on them, she uses bandaids to cover them.
