FIRST
I believe it was called the "Gimli Glider" incident. The town where they landed all came out to help shelter the passengers. Pretty cool story.

Do we mean they put in 22300 kg instead of 22300 lb? 22300 lb of fuel is more than twice as much as 22300 kg.

22,000 kilos it's somewhere around 40,000 pounds

No, 1kg is about 2.2 lbs so 22.300kg is approx 49.000lbs.
