Jesus. I'm not religious, but while I do think Jesus as a person might have existed, I don't quite believe all the magical stuff and I'd love to hear his point of view to all of this.
Charles Darwin. I would love for him to see how far his idea went in the world and how much new stuff there is to support it. Just to see Mendel’s research with peas and Watson and Crick’s work with DNA would likely be mind blowing.
