So from what I understand all posts that are flagged by theirsystem will be set to private (only the poster can see) and you can't post, like, or reblog anything flagged. I haven't read anything about blogs being deleted by Tumblr, yet.

I have a fitness blog and around 1/5 posts have been flagged and it's all men not women. And no nudity. Almost all have been inappropriate flagged

hahahaha! I already had to delete my account because I was a purely nsfw blog and every single post was reported and was going to be taken down in a couple of days. So I saved every single post to my phone and deleted my blog before they had the chance to.
