If this wasn't a bot and someone that actually needed help, I'd suggest taking off the pipes from underneath and pushing up with something long. I'm sure whoever it was has solved it by now...

I always have serious suction cups around. I'd suggest putting a little duct tape on the board and then placing a suction cup on that area, and pulling straight up.

Get a friend and put plastic straws against it and suck in. Not gonna work but it will make for a good story!
