My grandma had a a drawer and cabinet sort of like this in her old house. The cabinet thing had a circular spinner on it where she stored her spices, t'was pretty cool.

Oh snap. I have something like that. Lol. The lower “inside corner” cabinet by my oven is hinged in the middle and folds in half on itself when opened. Inside is a two tiered circular “lazy Susan” for shelves- with a “pizza slice” missing from the circles that lines up with the “L” of the corner when you close it. It’s large enough to use for pots and pans and the like. I don’t put spices there but maybe I should....
