Am I the only one who doesn't drink coffee in the morning to start my day so that my body can naturally adjust to the trials and suffering that I'll experience in my path?

I don’t drink coffee at all cause it doesn’t give me an energy boost, I like having it sometimes to pretend I’m super focused now
