I know a few ladies that do this with each nail appointment. I think it's pretty on them but personally, I wouldn't do it only because the time it takes to have them done.
I personally dislike them. But I think they would just make life more difficult. Also how can you wipe your butt properly/How can you wash your hands properly etc.
Used to work with a few girls who had nails not even as long as these. They couldn't pick change up off the counter if customers paid that way. They had to slide it to the edge and into their cupped hand
I mean, I don't know about you, but I don't wipe my butt with my nails. I have long nails (not this long but longer than an average person) and its pretty easy to get used to, I didn't think it would be as easy as it was
I think it depends on the person. When my current partner grows her nails out; at a certain length she has trouble typing or playing video games. That’s about it. When I was younger I had partners with very long nails who could do just about anything with a superhuman dexterity. My last partner couldn’t function if their nails were much more than a sliver of white. Bothered them to death everything they did. Kinda like heels- some people seem born for em, others seem able to fake it like a pro, some are passingly proficient, some baby giraffe walk their whole lives- and all in between are those who can run 2 Miles a day in heels without an issue and those who can’t stand in heels for 30 seconds without needing intense foot and back rubs. Kinda odd- but some people seem to just be suited for some things.
I didn’t want to go there- but yeah. Amongst other reasons they might choose to have their fingers in that area. In my life experience- some women just make the nails work for all manner of tasks in such a way you’re left puzzled at how they manage. Others... not so much. So much has to be muscle memory and being used to having nails... but I swear there is more to it. Like- I dunnoh. It’s like... the nails aren’t even there. Like they were born for it.
So i guess the biggest difference is that you have to use the bottom of your finger instead of the tip, I like the heel analogy, I guess it is like that. Also i use tampons that have applicators so my fingers dont ya know... if you know what i mean
They aren’t my personal preference but I can’t say they aren’t pretty. They sure look like effort went into them and artistically they are gorgeous even if it isn’t ones aesthetic. They aren’t my nails, my nails look the way I want them to look- and that’s pretty plain- so to many my nails would look ugly.
Never found nails that long attractive, and I really dislike the jewel work in this particular design (and the fact that the same nails aren't painted the same on the hands). But some nail art can be cute
most guys don't fancy/care about those, it's the women that like them and pay to get them done cause they like it.
it's expensive, flashy and makes nice tapping noises! never stop tapping!
And actually I think they are pretty.
