Yes. For some of isn’t even about the physical sensation- the person may have great technique and his partner may like how it feels... but it’s mental. Some people get “grossed out” thinking about it- either a mouth down there or the fact their partners mouth has been there etc. some women are also very self conscious about that area and may find their own genitals “gross,” or feel like under many circumstances they aren’t “fresh” for that- that area can get very sweaty in a day especially when active- and some women are VERY sensitive to their own smell etc.
